Q: Is the price I see under each picture for one bar of soap or other product, or for the amount in the picture?
A: The prices listed under each product is per bar, jar, etc unless otherwise noted. We often show multiple items in our pictures to highlight variations associated with the handmade, artisan nature of our products.

Q: How can I contact you if I have a specific question that the website can't answer?

A: Please use our "Contact Us" page filling out our form with a specific message or email me at info@theeosoapery.com and I'll be more than happy to answer any questions you might have about our products.

Q: How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
​
A: Orders will be packaged and shipped in 3-5 business days from the time you order. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. *Please remember: USPS is still experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Please be patient as they deal with these issues.* Once items are shipped and it leaves our care, we transfer responsibility of your package to USPS. At that point, we will only have access to the same tracking information you are emailed.

Q: Oh no! I've entered the wrong address. Can this be fixed?

A: If your order has not been processed and shipped already, we can fix this for you. Please submit a ticket through the form on our "Contact Us" page, and we will correct the mistake.

Q: Do you ship orders worldwide?
​
A: We do not accept international orders are this time. We ship to Canada and anywhere in the United States.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders? What about customer requests and private label?
​
A: Wholesale ordering is available through our website on Faire. Visit our Wholesale Page for more information and links on where to purchase. You can also order via email if you have specific requests or do not want to place an order through Faire. Local orders will be hand delivered.

Q: What do we mean by sustainably sourced palm oil?
A: This means we use premium RSPO certified palm oil, demonstrating a commitment to the preservation of the orangutan habitat impacted by conventional palm production as well as fair trade and ethical sourcing. RSPO stands for Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. RSPO was established in 2004 to “promote the production and use of sustainable palm oil for people, the planet and prosperity.” The RSPO has become the globally recognized standard for sustainable palm oil. Sustainable palm oil is defined by the eight principles and criteria against which oil palm plantations are certified. These stringent sustainability criteria relate to social, environmental, and economic good practice.

Q: What kind of ingredients do you use in your soap?
A: We make soap using a method called cold process which enables us to control the ingredients in our soap. This method combines the oils and butters with sodium hydroxide (lye) and goes through a process called saponification. We use natural ingredients like coconut and palm oil (from a sustainable source), olive oil and sweet almond oil. During saponificiation, the ingredients combine and chemically change into soap, glycerin and a small amount of water. After the soap is cut into bars, it cures for 4-6 weeks and then is ready to be packaged.
